    We have plans for everyone. Whether you are training for your first Hyrox, or you are a seasoned veteran. We also offer plans with specific focus points, like running and strength.

  • Structure and duration

    Most plans assume a three month training cycle towards a Hyrox. They are focused around 4 workouts per week that target all the core essentials of a Hyrox race. This includes: aerobic conditioning, tempo runs, strength and Hyrox specific exercises.
