1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HyroxPlan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

HyroxPlan is an AI-powered fitness training application that generates personalized Hyrox training plans. The service includes workout plan generation, workout logging, progress tracking, and related fitness tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years old to use HyroxPlan.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate profile information for safe and effective training plans.
• One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: HyroxPlan provides AI-generated training suggestions, not medical advice.

• Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
• AI-generated plans are based on the information you provide and general fitness principles. They do not account for medical conditions, injuries, or individual biomechanical limitations unless explicitly stated in your profile.
• You assume all risk associated with performing any workout or exercise suggested by the app.
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
• HyroxPlan is not a substitute for professional coaching, physiotherapy, or medical advice.

5. AI-Generated Content

Training plans are generated by artificial intelligence. While we implement guardrails for safety (volume caps, progression limits, intensity ceilings), AI output may occasionally contain errors. Always use your judgment and listen to your body.

6. Intellectual Property

The HyroxPlan application, including its design, code, and AI algorithms, is our intellectual property. Training plans generated for you are yours to use personally but may not be commercially redistributed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI training algorithms.
• Use the service to generate content for commercial resale.
• Abuse the AI generation system (excessive regeneration, automated requests).
• Create multiple accounts or share credentials.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all user data is permanently removed.

9. Limitation of Liability

HyroxPlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for injuries, performance outcomes, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HyroxPlan operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
